SkillsManager (Sales) is a tool to manage sales performance from a double perspective: 1 – If you are a salesperson, you will be able to assess yourself against 5 key competencies in your job, and compare your profile as a seller with 5 generic jobs in the field of sales. 2 – If you are a Sales Team Manager, you will be able to assess each member of your team, by filling out several questionnaires, and reach conclusions by comparing them. As frame of reference, we use a competency-based approach. Currently this is considered one of the best practices in the Human Resources Field. A competency is defined as an underlying characteristic of a person which enables them to deliver superior performance in a given job, role, or situation. The advantage that contributes a competency-based approach is you can improve the sales performance by identifying the Critical Success Behaviors in each position.
